Devin Bambrick was born in Ottawa to a loving set of idealists. He was raised in a number of current and former colonies of Britain, spending time in Quebec, Australia, Seattle, San Francisco, New Jersey, Toronto, Connecticut, and Portland, Oregon. As a child, he was allowed to watch as much television as he wanted. He is particularly enamored with orchestral pop music, Guitar Hero 2, Bruce Springsteen, Dave Eggers, Batman, The Beatles, and remixed culture. He is currently writing a thesis on Sherman Alexie.
